Kindness Now Daily Meditation Practice

In this meditation, I guide you in building a strong mindfulness meditation practice foundation. This is very helpful in not only supporting your meditation practice’s consistency, but also in laying the groundwork for your mindfulness practice to grow stronger and stronger. Which will allow the heart practices to have fertile ground to take root in.

Mindfulness techniques: Mindfulness of the body, breath and thinking. Meditation length: 20 minutes

Suggested use: Daily, as part of your daily meditation or sadhna routine.
